A night in the jungle, then a night on Peucang island, where the deer walk past your door.
Three days, from the forest to the reef. The first night is spent camping in the lowland rainforest of Gunung Honje, where gibbons, black leaf monkeys and flying lemurs live. Then a wooden boat to Peucang island, with a snorkeling stop at Nyawaan beach, an evening at the Cidaon grazing ground, and the forest walk to Karang Copong before heading home. Javan rhinos and leopards live here too — almost nobody sees them, and nobody should promise you will.

Why this price is a range
This trip goes by boat, and the boat costs the same whether one person goes or eight. So the price per person depends on how many people travel that day — other guests in the house, and often people from elsewhere in the village. On a full boat it comes to around IDR 3,500,000 each. Going alone means covering the whole boat, up to IDR 18,000,000.

Weather and volcano
This trip depends on the sea and, for Krakatoa, on the volcano's alert level set by the Indonesian authorities. If it cannot run safely, we move it to another day of your stay or refund it in full. No argument, no fee.
